Harold

Harold Fletcher began his fitness journey on the tennis court, known for having one of the best one-handed backhands in the DMV. His love for the game led him to a career as a tennis coach in his hometown of Washington, D.C., where he was born and raised.

From a young age, Fletcher understood the importance of caring for the body—not just through consistent training, but through mindful nutrition. For him, excellence in tennis and in life required discipline and holistic wellness.

After playing tennis at the collegiate level, he enlisted in the Marines, where he deepened his commitment to cultivating a strong body, mind, and spirit. Following his military service, he worked as a disease specialist at the CDC, where he counseled individuals who had recently been diagnosed with HIV.

His time at the CDC opened his eyes to the power of prevention. He began speaking at schools and community events, driven by a desire to empower people before a diagnosis. Ultimately, he chose to leave the CDC to focus on fitness and wellness coaching, where he felt he could make a greater impact.

Now, with over 28 years of experience, along with certifications from NASM and Classical Pilates, Fletcher is changing the world—one body at a time—and loving every moment of it.
